I am looking for software that can see if there is any after effects of being hit with a dialer that is "porn" related. Any suggestions thanks

There is no program that can do that after an attack. If your computer was compromised and you are really concerned about security, then formatting and starting over is the only sure way.

Of course, you can scan all your files and see if any of them are images, but there is much more that a malicious program could have done..

The only thing would be to scan your pc using HJT and your antivirus/malware programs i would think.. then looking through your process list etc. and plain searching with filters (search for *.exe or *.jpg etc) then check them to see if they're clean or not..

You can always google the name of the trojan up and see what effects it does, for example the lssas virus made all your ms documents have "Bill gates" on it or some silly thing like that...

nothing after the attempt, but have a 900 block on your phone.

Go and read this thread HERE (http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic19133.html), then post a HJT log into this thread.I`ll take a look and see what`s there(if anything).

Regards Howard :)

I would also put an international call block on your phone as well.
