BSOD and Random Rebooting

Hello. For the past month I have been having problems with my computer randomly rebooting or presenting a BSOD. I have seen many different errors such as 050, 08E, and so on. This typically happens while playing games, although it has been known to occurr at any time. Any help with this frustrating problem would be much appreciated. Thx.

Athlon XP 2200+
MSI KT4V Mobo
512 MB of Generic DDR 400 RAM
Maxtor 200GB and Western Digital 80GB Hard Drives
Generic CD-ROM and Sony 16X DVD +/- DVD-R/W
Creative Sound Blaster Live
ATI Radeon x800 Pro
Generic 300W PSU

I can tell you right now your PSU is undersized.

You need at least 350W - preferably 400.

I thought the same thing for a while. So I swapped Power supplies with another one of my computers and the problem still persisted, (on a 400W power supply). The problem has also been a fairly recent development, but the computer has been unchanged for at least 6 months. Thanks for the comment though.
