Depends on what kind of mobo you have..not the cpu. And yes, it more then likely will work with your motherboard, they just havent updated their website yet. About 90% of 775 waterblocks will work with any motherboard..but some motherboards have capaticators near the socket..so they dont fit.. What kind of motherboard do you have?..and what kind of water block do you have or are planning on getting?

Yes as the E6700 conroe uses socket 775 and runs cooler than the old netburst chips(Pentium4,D) so any socket 775 water cooler should work. Personally i recomend Koolance due to the quality and wide range of options. They have just about any water block you could want CPU,GPU,video ram, ram, chipset,HDD,etc.

Heres the motherboard (instock)
If you wanna buy it...call them tommorow just to make sure its in stock

Then this waterblock

http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-230

And this pump

http://www.overcool.com/Exec/product.asp?userid=22840756732746&item_id=34373

This radiator

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2144/ex-rad-07/Danger_Den_Black_Ice_Pro_120mm_Radiator_Blue_w_Customizable_Fittings.html

As far as putting it together..do some research on it..find out the fundamentals, know what your doing..and it wont be to hard..Basically, it goes pump to resivoir then to cpu, then back to pump...and makes a circuit..If you have any other questions..or need help when your setting it up..feel free to ask.
