I have been trying to get Pain killer for the P.C. and everytime i start it up i have a message that says "ERROR: could notInitialize DirectX9 Renderer".
could anyone tell me what this means i have downloaded DirectX9B, i have disk 3 in before trying to play but it just wont work

What video card do you have? It may not be a DX9 card. If it is, install DX9c and the newest driver for your video card.

But now every time i try to start it up it changes the screen resolution then says the same error message
