Help my Jump drive

Hello
I am a total newbie and was wondering if there is anyone who can help me. I have a mac and formatted my jump drive for that. When I go to try and use it on a PC it asks if I want to reformat it for the PC Will this erase all info on my disk?

Try the storage and networking forum. But yes, reformatting will erase all data.
