MSN Readies Its Own Web Crawler

MSN is working on a Web crawler, known as the MSNBot, that it will likely make a part of its next MSN search engine.
A growing number of Web sites are reporting sightings of the MSNBot as it crawls their Web sites.

Interesting story (http://www.microsoft-watch.com/article2/0,4248,1130728,00.asp) to watch out closely after not long ago a Microsoft official spokeman declared that Google is seen as "competition" (http://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?&threadid=4869&highlight=google) by the software giant.
