Add/Remove programs!!!!!

After doing the above,run a good registry cleaner.

Also search for "aol" in the registry.Careful what you delete.

I found a reformat usually does the job most effectively;)

All the above are effective. After add/remove programs, do a search in files and folders for aol and delete anything it finds.
