MPEG-2 TS splitter utility?

Does anyone know a working utility for splitting HD MPEG-2 files to smaller parts?

I have a movie here, recorded from a HD channel. It's a 1080i MPEG-2 transport stream, takes about 16 GB. I'd like to split it into four DVD5-sized parts, all of them working without errors (so I figure splitting with something like a hex editor isn't good enough). Well, actually two or three DVD9s are fine, too.

I don't want to re-encode the clip in any way, just copy.

I don't mind if the utility is for Windows, Linux or Mac OS X (I have all three), as long as it works.
