is there a way to change the order in which applications i have set to boot load at start up? i want my antivirus to load first before anything else, and it did until i installed a printer.... is it possible to change this?

What difference does it make which way they load as long as they do,.?

because i'd like for my antivirus to load first so that everything after it can connect to the internet...
