I am sure some of you will not be supprised to hear about problems with IE7 but I need to sort it out.
The problem is that only the address bar is present when you open a web page, no menu bar, no tabs. I have ran antivirus and anti spyware tools but nothing found. I can't delete it, repair it or re-install it. The Internet options icon in control panel does not work, its almost as though its not fully installed although it was working ok some days ago.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have IE7 loaded on my wife's system and I do not have any issues with it, at least for now. Check MS and see if there are any known issues
