Okay, I know I'm behind the times, but, Because the new Playstation 3 is out, I plan on buying a new Playstation 2 at a realistic price.
I love first person shooters.
I hate those games that just keep getting harder the better you get.
Does anyone have a few ideas of some good games I can buy to go with the console?

If I was you I wouldnt get a PS2 because most of the games coming out for it these days suck and I heard that PS2 wont be making any new games because they will be focusing on the PS3 like they did with the Xbox/360

So.. I would rather get a Wii or Xbox360 because there is alot of cool games with it or you can just wait till like January and see if there is a PS3 avalible

I don't think the Playstation 2 is very renown for FPS games, to be honest very little consoles are. Halo & Metroid Prime come to mind when good console FPS games are mentioned but neither of those are on the Playstation 2.

Is that the only kind of games you like ?
