I'm getting an XFX 7950GT that has heatpipe. I was wondering if getting a pci slot fan would be good for this. I read some things about pci fans and most people said it would be useless but they were talking about cards with fan cooling. So is it worth it?

Is your card passively cooled?

yea, it sounds like it can run pretty hot [obviously], but it comes with a double lifetime warrenty and the driver slows it down at 130C. Then again I really don't feel like returning cards.
So if its not worth it I'll just get the eVGA 7950 KO which is somewhat faster.
My case has 4 fans right now, im adding a 5th soon. I have 2 in and 2 out.

It will be fine without it, those are great coolers on the XFX 7950GT's, but a PCI exhaust fan right below the card would be good.
