i was wondering if anyone happens to know what causes gmail message subjects to say "me,name" etc

why is the word me in the from/sender lines ?

see what i mean in my screenshot:

It is used to note a forward or an email sent to you or sent by you

Any email that has your Gmail address included in it, wether it is a forwarded message or an email sent or received by you, will have "me" in the "to" or "from" columns The word "Me" means you! Labels are used to group or identify similar or important email messages
