Hey, does anyone know of a good program for looking in detail at the specs of all your hardware?

I bought this computer about 3 years ago from dell and it is custom, and I have no idea what the heck is in it. Now it is time for upgrading and I need to know what exactly I have in here.

Any suggestions?
