Help With Windows Task Manager?

My Windows Task Manager will come up but it does not show all of the tabs. It only shows the processes tab and nothing else. I know there has to be something wrong with my computer, but even through my numerous times running antivirus it still wont show up.

Now here is the other thing- when i go and turn my cpu off, it makes a croakinglike a frog- NO LIE!!! I am not sure what i need to do to get it fixed, but does anyone have any ideas?

Side note- the computer was upgraded to windows 2000 from a 95-

Not sure about the frog, but task manager can be set to show no tabs by double clicking the grey area beneath the border.
