Coverting AVI files to DVD Quality to Burn to a DVD Disk?

I transfered a bought copy of a dvd to my computer and now I've lost the DVD but it's still on the computer. Is there anyway I can convert the AVI file back to DVD files and place it back on a DVD disk?
