Ok, i know ive read the other posts about this on techspot. But none of the answers seemed to help. I went out last night and bought 10 blank cd-r discs my cd drive reads them but then when i try to explore the blank disc it gives me that error of it isnt accessible. I try to burn a album onto CD Windows media player says its closing the disc then it says im using the wrong type of disc. Thats obviously not true because ive burnt with these discs before and ive never had a problem. Please help! by the way ive tried to use other burning programs and nothing happened at all

Hi , I have had this problem before and if I remember correctly I resolved it by right clicking on the drive in My Computer , choose Properties , select recording and check the option " Enable CD recording on this drive ".

*I just unchecked the option on my drive and got that same message - looks like that is it *

Hope this helps.
