I have a big problem, I accedentaly deleted an important email in microsoft outlook express, is there anyway or any program that can help me retrive it. Thanks for any suggestions.

any file recovery program should be able to find it as long as the hard drive hasn't been written to since.

Also try thunderbird - it's free and better than outlook.
