Hacked ATI Mobility drivers

I have a ATI Radeon Mobility xpress 200, and it cannot run some certain games, because it has problems with it's drivers, so I went to omega drivers (http://www.omegadrivers.net/) and got some hacked drivers, so that my games could run. Recently, due to some driver failures and re-installations, it's left some stuff on my computer, and when I re-install it, it adds another copy of it to my laptop.

The process that it runs is called CLI.exe, which is the ATI Catalyst control center, which is something to do with the drivers.

Is there any way to stop it from running on start up, or removing it all together?
