HELP! I keep on getting the BSOD!

Before I went to Dell support I kept on getting DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and three other errors when I wanted to log into World of Warcraft. Dell told me to do a system recovery and I did. While I was downloading WoW again, it happened again. I have Windows XP Home Edition Dimension something. What upgrades would I have to get to fix the issue.

it's a Dimension 3100/E310
