multimedia video controller driver

hi all I got a multimedia video controller I need the driver for it, but I don't have the manufacture name but i have device id which is

PCI\VEN_11DE&DEV_6057&SUBSYS_F1FFFFFF&REV-02\4&3B1CAF2B&O&38FO

can any body help.
I dont have the original CD-ROM.tanks

The chip on this device is made by Zoran (PCI vendor/device ID tells you that). The drivers are supplied by whoever made the board.
