Dont know wich topic i should put this in...

i bought my computer a year ago and everytime i start a game i can hear the computer speed up and makes a large noise and the CPU usage goes up to 50% . I cant remember if it did a year ago but its really annoying.

the demanding nature of many games causes various system components, such as the processor, to run hotter than they would under normal circumstances. the increased noise you hear is probably the CPU fan increasing its speed automatically to keep the processor within operating temperature. this is normal and should only be a concern when the fan's sound becomes distinctly different (makes a harsh buzzing or grinding sound). can you describe the sound?

how old the game is doesn't matter - it simply depends on CPU load.
