HP - Compaq Merger

As you might know today shareholders from Compaq and Hewlet Packard vote for or against the 20 Billion Dollar merger. So I was wondering how many people here think that the merger would go through and how many think that it wont.

No as there is currently a court case where a major shareholder is fighting the plans for the merger.
I think it should go through as it means there is one less generic average PC company that we end up trying to find information about what they put inside it ;)
