okay well, i have sims downloaded and working, but then when i open it and go to the main screen (you know, the one where you choose which neighborhood to go to) there is nothing there! there is only a button that lets you add your own neighborhood, and i've tried that, but when i click on it a screen pops up that's blank. it looks like there is supposed to be choices there, but there isn't!


someone please help me, i've been dealing with this problem for a long time.

Go and buy the game, then you won`t have any problems.
