both computers are restarting after shutdown

I have 2 computers, both are restarting after shutdown and displaying IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS_THAN errors.I tried updating all the drivers on one and removing mem one at a time on the other.It started on a windy day when the power flickered a few times .Any ideas.
