Driver for PCL-NW100B

Does any body have the driver for or a link to the driver for the Network card - PCL-NW100B Its made by Pc Line. The stupid thing came with the driver on a floppy disc but it was blank!!! (Pc World 4u)

I can access it. And I got the screen up for an XP download.
