strange txt files

i have these strange txt files in my C drive that came out of no where, just wondering if anyone knows what they are, there called

sniffer.txt
VO.txt
dxva.txt
DebugTrace-RockallDLL.txt

i will upload them if anyone wants to look at them

am sure if u look at them internally,they have almost nothing in,right?well that is a keylogger log file,or spyware log.so use kaspersky or any spyware software that is pro like spy sweeper.it will get them and the hidden ones off.sorry about that.wish u luck.Robin
