Hey all,

I am having difficulty playing any game on my laptop. When I am playing bf2142 or C&C3 the game's sound will stutter and the game will become very laggy, this happens very frequently, like very 20 seconds or so. However, sometimes it doesn't happen at all... I have no idea what is going. Any help would be much appreciated. My system specs are below.

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.40GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800 Ultra
Memory: 2x1024mb DDR2
Sound: integrated 7.1 on Clevo d900t mobo

*Nothing is OC'ed
**Also, according to DriverAgent.com my video card and sound drivers are up to date

Are you using external or internal speakers?

i am just using the speakers that came w/my laptop...but it also happens when i use my headphones

I figured it out, it was due to overheating.
