upgrading old laptops

I have two old IBM laptops, a 570 and a 770, that work but are slow since they have minimal memory and small hard drives. My question is are they worth upgrading? If so who has the parts? Thanks in advance.

Have you done a Google search for memory and HD for those laptops? Memory upgrades would be pretty cheap I know.

If all you're gonna do is productivity, then yes. Add 1gb RAM to the latop and upgrade the HD to at least 7200 speed.
