What is the best program that you think you can recommend me for dowmloading bit torrents. Limewire, Morpheous have high risks of getting viruses i have experienced.

Please anyone let me know the GREATEST recommened bit torrent downloader you suggest.

You can get viruses from any file sharing network, so always remember to scan for viruses.
My favorite BitTorrent client is Azureus; it is very feature rich yet simple enough for most ppl to use. Also keep in mind Limewire and Morpheus are not BitTorrent clients; they are Gnutella clients.
