I hope I am in the correct forum. When I run data lifeguard tools (Western Digital) I get a runtime error abnormal program termination. How can I fix this? I have written to WD but haven't gotten an answer as of yet. Thanks

Download the tools over again, and try once more. If error persists, replace.
If under warranty, send it to your dealer or Western Digital for replacement.
