usb freezes laptop

can anyone help me out cuz my laptop freezes everytime i hook up any kind of usb accessory. it freezes with my printer my flach drive and my mp3 player. dont know what to do i already updated my bios. so if anyone can help i'd be eternally grateful. thanx.

try reinstalling your mobo drivers.

thanks for the link but doesnt help. all stuff usb freezes my laptop. if anyone can help please do.
