i have just installed my new norton 2007 .problem is after installation it fails to run and gives error message `norton is not configured`. if you try the configuration process the program just stops.
tried tipsfrom symantec but so far no joy.would appreciate any help

Uninstall it and use the Symantec uninstall tool if necessary.

Then reboot run CCleaner and defragment.

Then reboot and reinstall Norton.
