Does anyone have 100% WORKING guide to selling a house on this piece of software? It's really hard to sell a house, and when I manage to sell a house it only sells at 40%. I have to get at leat a 70% or higher score.

Does anyone have a "CHEAT" for this? I doubt it but if you have any please share? I have the 2.0 Version and its the network version.
