help me, i'm a newbie
i have ASUS M2400Ne, my computer can't detect any DVD Driver
I don't know why, everytime i put my cd in, it can't read anything although i hear the cd spin
if i open "my computer" i only see drive C and Drive D, nothing else
How do i recover my DVD driver?

First thing to try is to go to Device Manager and look for yellow flags - anything there? Right click the flag if so, and let us know the info.

but still i can't recover my cd driver

In Control Panel, uninstall the cd/dvd.

Reboot.

Does Windows find the new hardware?
