Hello all,

I would really appreciate some help with my MSN connection, it all works perfectly on the test but as soon as I connect on a video call my picture freezes, I can see and hear the other person perfectly but they can't see me. It was all working perfectly before the problem started when we changed from a Sitecom and an Airlink wireless router, why we had two I don't know [or maybe I do now!] there's only the Airlink now but there seems to be a problem with recognising the IP address so I can't get wireless any more although cable works perfectly. I wonder if the two are connected? I've deleted MSN and re-installed it but no change. I'm using a Compaq Presario R3000, my son has two Mac's and another computer all of which work perfectly.

Does anybody have any ideas please? I'm not sure how much information you need but if you need more I'll try to find it.
