has anyone ever had to use erunt? i want to know how.

below is a screenshot of the erunt backup file that i just created today. i have never used this tool before, but i would like to know how to, just in case.
let's suppose that i just got infected and my registry was corrupted. i have arrived at this location to use the backup. what do i do next?
i would rather be advised by someone who's been there, than take a chance of messing up, by trying to figure it out on my own.
