How to remove sitename or some wordings from a video file?

i would like to know how can i remove sitename or some other name which appears in a movie file so that i can remake it into a completely new video without any thing on the video screen.

pls suggest some software which to this type of movie editing.

well those who embedded there site name or some other name might have use some kinda software isnt it? the movie wasnt made with the site name there isnt it? the movie was made and then they added there site name...was just wondering

Question is, if you do that are you breaking any copyright laws, after all the video isnt yours to begin with, the site name is there to let people know where the video came from....
