awesome convertion tools for like all formats ((to ipod mp4))

hey i was using .... wow i dont reacall, something a while ago but recently i sold my old rig and put together an eco rig this way i have to buy a new one when the times comes. so rigth now i have nohting to convert my media to ipod format. any suggestions? something with a crack or free ware

I use "any video converter 1.3.3", it's probably an old version, but it hasn't let me down yet.
