when I unplug AC Adapter from my notebook my adsl modem restarts... it never happened before... pls help :S

Replug the laptop charge into a power strip with an on/off switch and
then power it off before unplugging.

When the laptop is charging, especially if the battery is very low, the removal
of the A/C adaptor from the laptop creates a SPARK and this creates RFI;
Radio Frequence Interference. A wireless ADSL modem may take the RFI
and --- do any number of interpretations.
