My laptop has a key that works on its own

My forward slash key seems like it gets stuck is there a way to deactivate it? My laptop is a Sony VAIO. How do you fix it and can you walk me through the step?

I have cleaned it in everyway possible bu\t it still does that

faulty hardware, do you have the vaio diagnostics? i think it has a keyboard testing facility i think

Sorry i dont know know about hardware issues, have you contacted sony? or even just a computer technician?

you will need to replace the keyboard. Take it to a shop.
