Radeon 9200 Series causing Game Issues

Hello. This is my first time here, and I'm not sure if this belongs here, but since it involves games, I thought I would post this here.

These are my System Specs:

Windows XP
Professiona
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz
2.80GHz, 256MB of RAM

and a

Radeon 9200 Series,

which I think is causing the trouble. It is normal most of the time, but as for games:

1) Need for Speed Underground 2:
"speed2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

2) LOTR- The Return of the King Demo:
"Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices with the required capabilities. Make sure you have current drivers for your video card."

3) Carmageddon 2 Carpocalypse Now Demo:
"DIRECT DRAW:
Ok
Direct Draw not Presently Available
DIRECT 3D:
Dev[1] Primary Display Driver [display]
Failed: Not Enough Memory
3DFX GLIDE:
Failed"

4) Rise of Nations:
"Graphics Services failed to initialize. Please make sure that your video card and drivers are correctly installed, and are compatible with Rise of Nations."

5) Command and Conquer Renegade:
Opens the Game Graphics and Audio Control Panel instead. Unplayable.

...
These are the problems I have. What do I have that is wrong?
I have already tried installing Direct X 9.0c/9.0b, 8.0.

Possibly your graphics card driver needs updating.

Go to www.ati.amd.com for the driver updates. If those don't fix the issues then go to www.omegadrivers.net and download there custom drivers.

Thanks... I'll try that. If nothing happens I'll just reformat and see what happens. NEED MY GAMES...

Thanks again:)
