Anyone with a Creative mp3 player (ZEN, MuVo, Nomad etc) take note of this:

If you ever have an issue this software is supposed to sort it out.
I never saw it before and think it must be something quite new.

I doubt it will turn the mono screen on my MuVo into the color one :(
