Hi i bought this labtop for my little brother from ebay and when i got it and i turn it on it had a password on the BIOS and i was wondering if any one can help me out with this problem the service tag is # 54ZGY71-595B

I used to work for Dell. The BIOS falls under the hardware warranty so if it's still valid, call Dell Hardware support who can help you free of charge.

I dont think it the warranty is not valid cuz some of the tag in the bottom are faded

Just call Dell Customer Care and ask if the hardware warranty is valid.

I called today and they said it was not vaild so the only thing i can hope for is for some1 to help me out and give me like a master password or a back door password or something and you can help me u can email it to me @ younghitsugaya@hotmail.com please and thank you
