PerfectDisk for WindowsME

I'm trying to find PerfectDisk for Windows ME, but there seem to be no links to it ANYWHERE...I'm asking this because I demoed PerfectDisk 8.0, and it did a great job of defragging my harddrives...can anyone help? IF you need add ram to run XP, it would be wise.
