A good source for video drivers is the Download section of Guru3D.com. I'd stay away from the 50.xx series drivers for a GF2MX.

I'd recommend 28.xx drivers. I found the 28.32s to be the best for my GF2 MX400 64MB. Some people find ones a little older or a little newer to be the best for them. Try them and see which ones work best for you.

23.12 (http://download.guru3d.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=298) ( W98/ME download (http://download.guru3d.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=297) ) seemed to be the version that worked the best with my GF2. I don't know if it could lead to problems when playing newer games though...

You should be able to check Nvidia's website. They should have a archive of older drivers.
Actually, here you go:
Windows 2000/XP Driver Archive @ Nvidia.com
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.html
Windows 95/98/ME Driver Archive @ Nvidia.com
http://www.nvidia.com/object/win9x_archive.html
If you want the 28.32's that StormBringer recommended, choose the appropriate link below:
