creative zen w

Hello there,

I have bought new ZEN Vision W, i have problem converting to divx in vista. Its my vista the 1 giving problem to convert.contacted Zen but they cant help out becoz its the OS dat giving problem. They said i have to wait for vista patch or wat so ever. Please help me out about vista here..wher to get the codec or the right converter for my zen.

what does converting to divx have to do with the zen
and or if thats what yer using to convert with only the manufacturer can fix it its there toy.
and I really don't understand what your trying to say
you will have to wait for someone to right a codec for it
