adobe premier pro still image problems

i have a kodak 5.1 mp camera and im trying to make a sequence with video and still images and my still images come out blurry or flickering or just not right

i have tried to unclick optimize stills,scale to proportion,best fit,stretch,but no matter what setting they just come out right!?!?!

PLEASE HELP ME!!

i have been trying different combos of these settings for 3 days
