How come when I have the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 installed in my pc and have been using it flawlessly, that when I try to install the new drivers for it, that it says, "No Sound Blaster products have been detected on your system, setup will now exit"??????

Are you sure they're the right drivers?

I am assume you are talking about the online updater. Mine does the same thing. Just update the divers manually.

You should also log the problem as well as possible and pass it on to the technical division of the company.

This is how bugs get fixed, and you have obviously just found one.

I had this with the first blaster. it was a problm with the CTZapxx. I needed to go to find this file and launch it. then you hit unistall and reinstall without allowing windows to plug and play. For whatever reason it did not recognize the windows files as installing a augidy. hope this helps
