Vaio SZ Display (Fixed ratio scaling)

I seem to have a problem finding the Fixed Ratio Scaling function on my SZ 483N vaio.I encounter problems when playing games.I.e the screen appears stretched.
Below are some snapshots showing the Nvidia Control Panel(I use an Nvidia display card).

go to CMOS setup, and check "display stretching" option.

Bios settings... by pressing DEL or F2 or some other key, you can popen the bios or CMOS settings page. Surely you have a friend that can do this for you?
